I make cute things

my creative space - blooming bloomers!

August12

So I decided to make the girl some bloomers. My initial plans were for some longer old style ones, but for starters this is what I made. (please ignore the loose thread!)

She loves them.

I thought they’d be worn under dresses, but Zoe is happy to wear them as is. She even wore them baggy style before I put the leg elastic in, up to the supermarket.

I started this little apron today too. I really really love this fabric. It comes from retromummy! Corrie really does know cute. You know I can’t go past a good strawberry print!

Did you see the facebook thingie over on the right? If you click on it, you’ll be taken over to the little tweetheart facebook page! I’d love it if you could like me on facebook. That would be really nice!

As always, thanks upon thanks to Kirsten at Kootoyoo! Head over there for more creative spaces, it would be fun if you played along too!

Eek! Thems adorable bloomers, they are, but I think perhaps there wouldn’t be too much that DOESN’T look adorable on your wee girl?!

Love the bloomers, and the strawberry material is goregous. Already a facebook fan :)

Hey Nicole, I made them using a basic pattern, then added elastic to the leg openings. Should I do a little tute?
